Presence&Co Event Ticket Refund Policy

At Presence&Co, we keep our gatherings intentionally small to foster genuine connections. Because of this, every ticket matters and directly supports the space, the facilitators, and the community we’re building together.

Refunds & Cancellations
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend so the seat is still used. Please email us at info@presenceandco.net with the new guest’s name before the event.
  • If the event is part of a recurring series (e.g., weekly, monthly), you may request to transfer your ticket to a future date of the same event with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event.
Event Cancellations by Presence&Co
  • If Presence&Co or the facilitator must cancel or reschedule an event, guests will be offered either a full refund or a transfer/credit to a future event.
No-Shows
  • No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for guests who do not show up without prior notice directly to Presence&Co.

Presence&Co Membership Policy

Payments
  • Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan selected.
  • Payment is due in full at the start of each cycle.
Cancellations
  • Once payment for a cycle has been processed, the membership is non-refundable and will remain active until the end of that cycle.
  • Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
  • To cancel, members must notify Presence&Co in writing via email at info@presenceandco.net.
Pausing or Transferring Memberships
  • Memberships may not be paused mid-cycle.
  • In some cases, with written approval, memberships may be transferred to another person at the start of the next billing cycle.

Products

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards
  • Beverages or consumables (including vending machine items)
  • Downloadable products
  • Art from local artists
