About the Experience
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice designed to release stress, tension, and emotional blocks stored in the body. Through guided breath patterns, you’ll calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and let go of what no longer serves you.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in your head, weighed down by stress or old patterns, or simply disconnected from yourself, this session offers a safe space to reset. Using the breath as the gateway, you’ll access deep states of release and clarity… leaving with a lighter body, calmer mind, and renewed sense of self.
This Somatic Breathwork session is designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. Through guided breath patterns, you’ll create space to let go of old tension,unprocessed emotions, and mental clutter that may be holding you back.
Attendees often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded, with a renewed sense of clarity and presence. You’ll also walk away with a simple breath practice you can use anytime on your own to regulate emotions, shift your state, and return to your body whenever life feels overwhelming.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, stuck, or disconnected, this is your opportunity to reset, recharge, and step forward with a clearer mind and a calmer nervous system.

About Matthew Stewart

Matthew Stewart is a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and Hypnotherapist with Nourish & Conquer. He helps people create lasting transformation by working with two powerful forces: the breath and the subconscious mind.
With over a decade in health and wellness, Matt has evolved from helping people transform their bodies to guiding them in transforming their inner world. His work centers on nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and subconscious reprogramming—root-cause solutions for real growth.
Having overcome his own struggles with addiction, mental health, and disconnection from his body, Matt discovered that the breath is the bridge back to safety and presence, while our beliefs quietly shape how we live. Through his work, he empowers others to release old patterns, reconnect to themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
