Mapping Your Well-Being is an interactive workshop designed to help you explore where you are thriving, where you feel stretched thin, and what small shifts could bring you more balance and fulfillment.

Through guided reflection and a step-by-step workbook created by Hannah Corbett, founder of Presence&Co, you’ll gain clarity on the 8 Dimensions of Well-Being and learn how each area connects to your daily life.

What Are the 8 Dimensions of Well-Being?

This holistic framework looks beyond physical wellness to embrace all parts of what makes a life feel meaningful and whole.

About Your Facilitator

Hannah Corbett is the founder of Presence&Co, a modern gathering space dedicated to well-being, genuine connection, and shared experiences. With a background in health policy, management, and community-building, Hannah is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and each other—one intentional moment at a time.

Her approach blends warmth, curiosity, and practicality to make well-being accessible and meaningful.
