Offer #1: The Social Club
At its heart, Presence&Co is a place to come and hang out. We host events, workshops, classes, and gatherings designed to help you slow down, connect, and be in community.
Offer #2: The Presence Pass (Our Membership)
If you want to spend time in the space regularly, a membership is the most affordable and beneficial way to do that. Memberships make it easy to build Presence&Co into your regular rhythm and truly feel at home here.
Offer #3: Office Rentals (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Presence&Co’s part-time and full-time private office rentals are designed for professionals who want a workspace that supports focus, well-being, and meaningful connection.
Part-time office rentals allow you to choose your day or days per week, with the same weekday reserved for you each week for a six-month term, offering consistency without the commitment of a full-time lease. With multiple weekday options available, these offices are ideal for practitioners, creatives, and professionals who need a reliable, intentional space to see clients or work independently.
Full-time offices provide ongoing access to a beautifully designed, community-centered environment with shared amenities and common areas—making Presence&Co not just a place to work, but a place to belong.
Offer #4: Conference Room Rentals
Our private conference room fits up to 10 and is available to rent for meetings, client sessions, and small group gatherings. A professional, welcoming space right on Main Street.
Offer #5: Private Events, Workshops & Gatherings
Presence&Co is also available for private parties, functions, workshops, meetings, and events. Baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, and all of life’s celebrations are a perfect fit for our back rooms and we’re now booking private rentals for 2026. Each room has its own rate, and we’re happy to help you find the best fit for what you’re hosting.
Offer #6: Business Address & Mail Service
We also offer business address rentals for local business owners who don’t want to use their home address.
This includes:
- A Main Street Reading business address
- Mail received on your behalf
- Mail pickup on Tuesdays & Thursdays
- The ability to rent the conference room when meeting clients
It’s a simple way to add privacy, professionalism, and flexibility to your business.
Offer #7: Co-Working
We just started offering co-working days on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am–5pm. Come work alongside others in a calm, grounded environment—no pressure, just shared presence.
