Office Rentals

At Presence&Co, we believe well-being is multi-dimensional—and so is the work it takes to support it. Our space was designed to nurture every aspect of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, financial, social, occupational, and environmental.
To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for practitioners who align with any of these eight elements to join our growing community.
We currently offer several private offices available for rent on both a full-time and part-time basis—ideal for therapists, coaches, wellness professionals, and others offering well-being-focused services.
Full-time rentals are unfurnished, allowing you to make the space your own.
Part-time rentals are fully furnished, cozy, and available for one day a week or as needed, depending on availability.
