Join coaches Francine Tirrell and Danielle Cooper for a 5-week guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stuck energy, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

This weekly series blends chakra teachings, guided meditation, and gentle modified yoga to help participants understand where stress and emotional tension are held in the body. Each session focuses on one chakra, exploring how energy blocks can affect both physical and emotional well-being, followed by supportive movement and reflection to encourage release and alignment.

No yoga experience or flexibility is required. This welcoming space is designed for women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a grounded, supportive environment.

By the end of the series, participants will gain practical tools to regulate their nervous system, build awareness of their body and emotions, and take action from a place of alignment rather than pressure.

What to Bring: Yoga mat (some available to share), pillow, and blanket for comfort.
