Join us on International Women’s Day for an afternoon dedicated to celebrating women’s health, education, and connection—centered on perimenopause, the often-overlooked decade before menopause.
Hosted by Kristen Herlihy of REfine From Within—psychotherapist, menopause coach, and fitness trainer—this event features an exclusive screening of The (M) Factor²: Before the Pause, a powerful documentary that brings visibility to the real, frequently dismissed experiences of women navigating perimenopause.
Through candid storytelling and expert insight, the film explores how symptoms affect women’s health, careers, relationships, and sense of self—while highlighting the urgent need for earlier awareness, better education, and stronger support systems.
Following the screening, attendees will have the opportunity to meet and connect with menopause-friendly vendors, explore supportive tools and resources, and engage in meaningful conversation with other women on similar journeys. All registered guests will receive curated goodie bags, enjoy fabulous door prizes, and leave feeling informed, validated, and supported.
