Menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and if we’re being honest sometimes a little absurd. One minute you’re freezing, the next you’re on fire, and somehow you’re awake at 3 a.m. wondering if you left your sanity in the freezer.
You’re not alone and you’re not imagining it.
Refine the Menopause Experience: Mind & Body for Whole-Woman Support is a 6-week group designed to help women better understand what’s happening in their bodies during perimenopause and menopause, and how to support themselves through it with more clarity, energy, and confidence.
Led by menopause coach Kristen Herlihy, this series blends psychology, fitness, and practical nutrition strategies to make menopause feel manageable—not miserable. Kristen’s approach is science-backed, judgment-free, and designed for women who want to feel better without extreme routines or overwhelm.
Each week we’ll explore real-life strategies for navigating midlife changes while creating space for honest conversation, shared experience, and practical support.
Participants will leave each session with:

About the Facilitator
Kristen Herlihy, LICSW is a menopause coach who helps women navigate midlife with more energy, strength, and a lot less confusion. She combines psychology, movement, and realistic nutrition strategies to help women support their bodies through hormonal change in ways that actually work for real life.
